• Recovery after damage: water, fire or other incidents may require specialist repair and restoration. These must be defined separately from routine cleaning with the appropriate professionals.
• Decontamination: work involving biological or chemical agents requires risk assessment, a specific procedure and suitably trained personnel. A general cleaning quote does not automatically include these tasks or guarantee conditions for resuming activity.
• Presence of asbestos: older materials may require specialist identification. They must not be handled or removed as ordinary waste. Asbestos removal is regulated work requiring authorised businesses and personnel and is not assumed included in ALFHAM cleaning services.

The proposal must define accessible areas, tasks, hours and exclusions. Compliance with specific laboratory requirements must be reviewed before confirming an assignment; certifications or decontamination capabilities are not assumed.
