Small tasks can build up. A realistic shared routine helps keep the home tidy without doing everything at once.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Tidying the home<\/h2>\n

Put items away after use, store clothing and keep shared areas accessible. Share tasks among household members according to their abilities.<\/p>\n

Removing rubbish<\/h2>\n

Empty bins according to their contents and collection arrangements, before organic waste develops odours. Follow recycling requirements.<\/p>\n

Cleaning the bathroom basin<\/h2>\n

Remove soap, toothpaste and other residues using a compatible method. Keep cloths clean and dry surfaces where needed.<\/p>\n

Vacuuming floors<\/h2>\n

Adjust frequency to use, pets and visible dirt. Use the correct floor attachment and avoid unnecessarily raising dust.<\/p>\n

Dusting<\/h2>\n

Schedule dusting according to build-up and household needs. Work from top to bottom with a suitable cloth.<\/p>\n

Doing laundry<\/h2>\n

Plan washing alongside drying and storage. Follow care labels and avoid leaving wet laundry in the machine.<\/p>\n

Periodic tasks<\/h2>\n

Clean the bathroom according to use and disinfect where needed with a suitable product following its label. A weekly schedule is not sufficient for every situation.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen, remove residues after use and schedule cupboard, appliance and floor cleaning. Keep equipment separate from bathroom equipment.<\/p>\n
